A huge part of my healing journey has been reducing my toxin load. These are the wellness tools and swaps that I personally use, love, or recommend often in my practice. I only share things I truly believe are helpful!

Light & Circadian Support:

Remember: Natural sunlight is one of the most powerful signals for your body… and it doesn’t cost a thing.

Wear the nighttime glasses as soon as it gets dark and wear the daytime glasses when using any screens to promote better sleep and more balanced hormones.

Consider changing your bedroom light to this or any room that you spend alot of time in after dark.

I prefer amber light over red light! Another option for warmer, non-disruptive light at bed time.

Sleep Support:

Deep sleep is where real healing happens… your body repairs tissues, balances hormones, and supports brain and nervous system recovery

A scoop in the evening can calm the body and mind promoting better sleep.

Sound machine - white noise is especially helpful. Can also work great for your office if you need help focusing and drowning out outside noise.

I use this when camping or traveling! I sleep with a sound machine every night.

If I cannot have my room completely dark, I use an eye mask.

I cannot recommend a high-quality air filter enough. You spend so much time sleeping in your bedroom while your body rests and repairs. Providing good, clean air is essential to good health.

Organic, high quality bedding is important. You are spending 8 hours a night wrapped in these materials!

Nervous System Support:

Your nervous system has to feel safe before your body can truly repair.

A simple tool for guided meditations, breathwork, and nervous system support. A lot of my clients and myself utilize and LOVE this app!

This roller is calming. Apply to wrists and inhale before bed.

Magnesium shea butter lotion. Apply to body before bed. I apply to my son’s feet to help him relax before bed!

One of my favorite tools for nervous system support and helping the body shift out of a constant stress state. This can help with tension, sleep, and overall regulation when used consistently.

Minerals & Electrolytes

I use a high-quality mineral-rich salt daily, both on my food and in my water, to support hydration and mineral balance.

These mineral drops are one of my daily staples for hydration and mineral support.

I use targeted detox and drainage support with clients when their body is ready for it. This isn’t something I recommend starting blindly without the right foundation in place.
